I think i know the movie, but can't think of the name. I can call a friend tomorrow about it. But is the guy on speed the whole time? If its the movie I am thinking of he is. Let me know and I will call my buddy that owns the movie

That's "Duel" with Dennis Weaver. That movie is a minimalist masterpiece. One of my favorites.
