The first motion that should be made is to ask for dismissal of the entire case because the plaintiff does not have the legal standing to file the case (owing to plaintiff’s lack of legal status in the USA).

Now, if someone was arrested and it turned out that the person was in status or actually a citizen (which has happened), but was arrested because the person was believed to be an illegal alien, that’s different.

this is what needs to be stopped…..the illegals and their friggin dirty traitorist lawyers…..why do our courts even entertain such BS……

their need to be some sort of international regualation when it comes to the non citizens…….

that womens children need to be placed into foster care and her butt thrown back over the border……and put in prison if she returns.

She has 4 US born children-who collect public assistance and she is not in it for the money?!!! My A$$.
This seems to be the latest tactic by illegals. Sue the US. I guess they are hoping we will stop raiding and deporting them if we know they are going to sue us. What a sham. They are illegal, living on public assistance and then sue when things don’t go their way. How was she collecting benefits when she was working?? I think a little more investigation needs to be done on this woman.
If she has such serious, obvious injuries there would have been someone who would have noticed.
She would have had a court appearance within hours and they didn’t notice this horrific damage that has required surgery and still isn’t corrected!!! What a bunch of BS.
Throw her and her anchors outta here.

Where is the father of these 4 children?? Who took care of them while she was being detained??
Another thing to consider if she wins this suit, she will be given legal status and be able to sponsor several family members for entrance to the US.

This just shows how arrogant the racist MESSIcan illegal alien la raza nazi invading border criminals are getting. Not only is this scummy illegal alien not worried that she might get deported. But she's willing to sue Americans for us enforcing our laws. Either we Americans will become a tougher, stronger nation or we will cease to be a nation.

If she’s not interested in the money she could get out of the lawsuit – Then why bother suing? It’s not her place to decide if more businesses are raided and more arrests of illegals are made. Many mothers behind bars are not entitled to breastfeed their children, why should she have special privileges above them? Just more excuses of illegals. Children are and always have been resilient to traumatic events. This illegal or any other isn’t going to convince of anything different.

In all the documents I have come across, they have stated that if illegal parents get deported, there children have the CHOICE to go with them. So all that BS of the separation of families is just that.

I have no sympathy for illegal aliens. I have even less sympathy for the lawyers who would bring such a suit. I have been knitting. Soon I shall surpass even Madame Defarge's tally. When the time comes, the Fates will be busy.
